Why is it that every time I come to get a cut from Lucy, she’s the only one working. And then after 30 to 50 min wait. Another stylist come out the back. I’ve checked in online 1 hour ago and I get here to wait another hour because the other stylist aren’t around but according to their app, there is two or more. Does Lucy ever take brakes?

This is the worst I mean the worst spot to come get a haircut I asked for and she literally messed my whole haircut up it’s messy she didn’t even line me up she was doing everything her way and I got to to buy a hat because I cannot be seen like this and I do not know how they can hire somebody who don’t know nothing about cutting hair

A week and a half ago I went in for a haircut. My hair was long I wanted about 3 inches off the length in back inch trim. They took the whole back off with a trimmer and then about 3 inches off everywhere else. They were both arguing my whole haircut the two stylus about a billing issue with a previous customer. I hope this doesn’t happen to you! Signed won’t go back!
